Preparing and tracking your order

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 hours on average and no later than 72 hours, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

A tracking number is always provided as soon as your order is dispatched. It is sent to you by email by My Roadster or by the carrier. You can also track your order at any time from your My Roadster customer account.

We select the shipping method according to the product, its weight, the delivery address and the services available for the destination. The final carrier and shipping charges are shown before payment.

We aim to reduce plastic packaging while ensuring that your order is carefully protected.

Delivery times for non-customised products

The times below are indicative working-day estimates and start once the order has been dispatched. The shipping options, charges and delivery estimates actually available are always shown at checkout according to the products and delivery address.

Metropolitan France and Monaco

  • Free delivery to a Colissimo or Mondial Relay collection point
    Average delivery time: 6 days.
  • Standard tracked delivery
    Home delivery is generally within 2 to 4 working days.
  • Express tracked delivery
    Home delivery is generally within 1 to 2 working days.

Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands

  • Free home delivery from €69 on eligible products.
  • For eligible product orders below €69, home delivery is available for €12.95.
  • Delivery is generally within 3 to 5 working days.

The final charge and available options are confirmed at checkout, based on the products in the basket and the delivery address.

Other European destinations

Shipping methods, charges and delivery times vary according to the country, the products ordered, their weight and the services available. Depending on the destination, delivery is generally available within 2 to 8 working days. The final information is shown at checkout.

United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and destinations outside the European Union

Delivery is chargeable. Additional time may be required for customs clearance. Any customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees charged by the destination country are payable by the recipient and are not included in the shipping charges displayed by My Roadster.

French overseas departments and territories

Orders are dispatched with tracking. Charges and delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Local taxes, import duties, octroi de mer or customs-clearance fees may be requested on arrival and, where applicable, remain payable by the recipient.

The rest of the world

Orders are dispatched with tracking. Charges and delivery times vary according to the destination, the products and the services available. Any customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees charged on arrival remain payable by the recipient.

Customised products

For customised orders, production begins after the quotation has been approved, the customisation details have been confirmed, and payment has been received. The production lead time and estimated dispatch date are communicated before the order is accepted. Some projects may require additional time; you will be informed before payment.

How can I track my parcel?

Every parcel dispatched has a tracking number. As soon as it leaves, you receive a confirmation email containing the tracking link or number. You can also check the progress of your order from your customer account.
