How does the My Roadster® Gift Card work?

1. Choose an amount of €50, €100, €150 or €200.
2. Once the order has been paid for and processed, the digital gift card is sent by email with its unique code.
3. The recipient enters this code at checkout on www.my-roadster.fr.
4. If the purchase total exceeds the available balance, they can pay the difference using another accepted payment method.

Frequently asked questions about the gift card

How will I receive the My Roadster® Gift Card?

The gift card is 100% digital. It is sent by email once payment has been confirmed and the order processed. It contains a unique code to use in our shop. No physical card is shipped.

How long is the gift card valid?

The My Roadster® Gift Card is valid for 12 months from its date of issue. It can be used once or over multiple purchases during this period.

Can the gift card be used over multiple purchases?

Yes. If the purchase total is lower than the available balance, the remaining amount can be used on a future order until the card expires.

Can I buy a car cover with a gift card?

Yes. The gift card can be used on products available in our shop, including Stretch™ indoor covers, outdoor covers, showroom presentation covers and accessories. The recipient chooses the product and size that suit their vehicle.

What happens if the purchase total is higher than the gift card balance?

The recipient can use the gift card balance and pay the difference using another payment method accepted in our shop.

Can I give the gift card to someone else?

Yes. It is ideal for Christmas, a birthday or any other occasion. You can forward the digital gift card and its code to the recipient so they can choose their own gift.
